Friends

When taking Stacy Julian's class, Inspired Scrapbooking at Big Picture classes, one month's inspiration was the people in your life that have made an impact. Then when Ali Edward's Story Stamp theme was Bond, I came back to the idea of the story of my friend Tami to create the journaling.

Most of the products I chose for this were papers and ephemera from an old line from Amy Tangerine. Paired it with her sticker book as well. The friends title is an acrylic piece from a SCT Sampler kit.

Did some stamping using Ali Edwards Story Stamp for Bond. You can see it in use on the US circle on the pull out journaling, the "friends bonding" phrase under the second photo, the phrase in the upper right circle die cut, and just right of the blue strip near the bottom. Love when I can sprinkle the stamps around the page!

Of course, I had too much to say to comfortably fit my journaling on the layout with the ability to play with the design and products, so I opted to create this pull out. I went back and forth if I should create some smaller page using a 4x12 page protector (fuse one) or not. I wasn't sure what would be the next layout in the album and I didn't want to worry about the other side being blank or moving it around in the album as I completed more pages, so I tucked it behind the layout in the page protector.

So glad to have this story written. So glad to have this layout added to my albums!

Hope to share more layouts with you soon. My priority this January will be to complete (start too!) 2019's December Daily so my focus will not be on layouts. Not sure if I will have much to share with the exception of some pages in progress I have managed to complete.

Happy New Year!
