Take Me Up, Dad

This layout story was inspired by Ali Edwards’ Up Story Stamp. The design was inspired by Simple Scrapper’s Square One class. 

I used a Vicki Boutin mixed media background for the base of my layout. Not much of it is showing but love the cutfile layered over it.

I used an Amy Tangerine 6x6 paper pad to cut squares as was in the sketch design in the Simple Scrapper class. 

I was happy to find a way to use many of the stamps in the Up Story Stamp for this story. Can you spot the five I used?

The alphas are from Hip Kit and I was thrilled how well the colors matched! 

I wanted a cutfile background of arrows so I found a free one I had saved and replicated and modified it and make it work for the story I wanted to tell.

Loved how this one turned out and that this story is recorded.
