Robot Dance

I had taken a Disney class from my friend Tami a while back that used this Cosmo Cricket line. It came with robot chipboard shapes and matching die cuts. I had these pictures of my son dancing the "Robot Dance" from the show Wow Wow Wubbzy! so I resurrected the leftovers from the class and put this layout together.

Used some leather Thickers for the title.

For a craft one day, Aaron put this robot together. He selected all of the pieces and glued them all in place and decided Recess (the name of his robot) needed hair.

Used a Tim Holtz Sizzix die to make the photo strips. The die actually holds smaller photos, but I cut two frames into one so that my photos would fit.

So glad to get some use of my leftovers!

Which leads me to my question, what do you do with your leftover scraps and pieces? Been going through my scrap supplies, spring cleaning. It is hard to decide what to purge, what to hang onto and how to store it!
What do you do with the things you purge? Have a whole stack of paper ready to go for Aaron's preschool. They made a request for scraps for their "mail" and figured better they have it than sit in a drawer taking up space!

  3. What a goofy, cute layout. I also like what you did with the blog. I keep playing with mine because I am not happy with it (I liked my first layout and something happened to it and needed to switch). Love the colors on yours. Where did you find the template?
